Before the pandemic, it was challenging to be a teacher, school counselor, social worker, student support person, and school leader, but now, many of us are feeling that it's even more difficult. Ideally, we would have a therapist or life coach to help us navigate the challenges we are facing, but if that's not possible, this Washington Post article suggests "4 emotional workouts to help you feel empowered and promote resilience." "If you’re waiting to see a therapist, can’t afford mental health care or have recently finished therapy, emotional exercises are one way to strengthen your psychological muscles."
