Remuneration
As you probably well know, the offshore financial services industry is sadly plagued with companies who either don’t pay correctly, pay too little, or simply defraud their advisers by hiding the amount of gross commission paid out. Perhaps you currently work at one?
My client claims to be 100% transparent in these matters.
If it is paid to them, it is known to the advisers - this is the Gross Commission.
A percentage of that Gross commission is agreed at the outset, based on projections and track record. Each year, as long as the threshold targets are met, the percentage is maintained or increased with higher production.
Most of the time they can offer a higher commission package than what you’re currently on. There are no hidden costs or charges and are fully transparent from the beginning.
Lead Generation
My client excels in lead generation and has a highly dedicated team whose job it is to provide you the adviser with qualified leads every Sunday, week in week out, delivered through their proprietary software system.
You will be given your own login details and a dedicated lead support manager. We are producing a minimum of 750 leads per week.
They do not allow cold calling and during the next 3 years of their strategic plan they are investing $10,000,000 into our effective lead generation infrastructure.
Their lead generation activities are unique in the industry, employing people including researchers, IT specialists, digital marketers, call centre operations and partnerships with other professional firms.
They also have many local initiatives, including seminars and networking events. Their goal is simple: to be able to supply sufficient leads to our QFAs to ensure you always have a full diary.
So in a nutshell, the minimum criteria is a track record of producing $150,000 (net) per annum on a commission only basis then I'd be more than happy to introduce you.
