Fall Fellowship is this weekend! We are very excited to see all of you at Camp Durant very soon, but first, check out lots of information about the upcoming event!

Check In

This year Fall Fellowship takes place on Saturday, September 19. This is a day event only! Check in will open at 9AM and close at 11AM. All members attending the event must check in during this timeframe. Upon check in your pre-event health screening form will be collected and your temperature will be taken. Please have your pre-event health screening forms easily accessible when you arrive at Camp.

Staff: Please refer to the earlier staff email for your check in information.

Below is a button to take you to the event schedule. This schedule only applies to Fall Fellowship. There is a separate schedule for the Ordeal Event.

Member Schedule
Service

We will have service projects going on throughout the day! This event you will be doing service with your chapter. Go to your chapter campsite where your chapter chief and chapter adviser will lead service projects. Below is a list of requested items, we would like each chapter to bring these.

Requested Items:

  • Screwdriver (with Torx 20, Torx 25, Phillips #2 heads)
  • Weedwackers

Lodge Elections

After lunch on Saturday we will hold our yearly Lodge Elections! Come out and cast your vote for the Lodge Leadership of 2021! 

If you are running to be a lodge officer, you must get a letter of approval from either your chapter adviser or a lodge adviser. The adviser letter must be positive in nature and be obtained from the Adviser to the Chapter Chief, or from one of the Associate Lodge Advisers of the four Vice-Chiefs of the Lodge. 

There will be a mandatory Lodge Officer Candidate meeting Saturday during lunch at the Scoutcraft shelter. The meeting will start at 12:45.

Chapter versus Chapter Competitions

After Lodge elections, we will have some chapter versus chapter competitions going on on the Activity Field. Come out and compete to be the best in kickball, free throws, cornhole, or disc golf. All competitions will follow social distancing, be less than 50 people, and follow safety guidelines. Chapters will not be mixing, the same two chapters will be competing against each other for all events.

Vigil Callout

Saturday evening we will hold a ceremony to callout the Vigil Candidate Class of 2020 on the Activity Field at 5:45. Don't miss out as this ceremony only happens once per year! Camp will close following the conclusion of this ceremony. Please plan your departure accordingly.

What to bring

  • Field Dress Uniform
  • Camp Chair

Pre-event Health Screening Forms

Don't forget to continue filling out the pre-event health screening forms! You have to have completed this form to attend the event! No electronic versions will be accepted. You must have the physical form. Please have these forms easily accessible upon your entrance to camp. We want to keep the check in process flowing as smoothly as possible so having these forms on hand will be really important.

Remember: No form = No entry!
