A word from our Principal, Claire

I would like to wish all of our Quest students, parents and fee-payers a safe, happy and healthy Christmas and holiday season. I would also like to acknowledge the contribution of my team to Quest in 2018.

Walt Disney once said ‘You can dream, create, design and build the most wonderful ideas in the world, but it requires people to make the dream a reality’. This is certainly the case as a Principal. The reality is that the learning experiences, projects and job placements that have taken place this year could not have happened without a great deal of commitment and support from Quest’s staff, parents, fee-payers and students.

Thank you to everyone and I wish you all a peaceful and prosperous 2019.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas from Quest!

There has been a lot of festive spirit shown at Quest this month! With Christmas parties, secret santa and Christmas jumpers... the Christmas countdown has definitely begun.

We wish you all a very happy and healthy festive break and we hope that our students will return refreshed and ready to tackle another term.

Goodbye to the Graduates

Congratulations to all of our Graduate Training Programme students who have completed their course with us this term. We wish you the best of luck in your future careers and remember the door is always open and you can contact us again if you need any advice!

Our Careers Team are always here should you need help editing a CV, looking for some advice or assistance applying for a job.

Activities this month

PA Event

A huge congratulations to all of our PA students who hosted their charity event this month. They managed to raise just over £4,000 in aid of Action for A-T. You should all be very proud of yourselves and we look forward to the BA and PD events next year!

Digital Detox

As part of their final moderation the Graduate Training Students were asked to come up with a concept to enhance disengagement from technology. Congratulations to the winning groups: Magnetic Connect-it (pictured above with the panel of judges) and Wingo.

Guest Speakers

Caroline Perez

On the 5th of December our Executive PA Students were lucky enough to hear from the Associate Vice President, Europe for Human Resources at Victoria's Secret.

Caroline spoke to the students about her career path and the HR function in an organisation. We hope you all enjoyed the discussion and that you learned just how important the HR department can be for any company.

Richard Banks

Richard is the Managing Director of R M Banks which is a global investment communications company.

He posed seven questions you need to answer before starting your own business to our BAs. The talk was run as a workshop - the class came up with some business ideas and then they worked through them with the seven questions in mind.

Job successes

We love helping our students discover what is next and for the following students we would like to congratulate you on securing new positions: Laura Snow, Harriet Woodward, Georgina Bate, Melissa Writh, Olivia Hervey, Louisa Nesbitt, Emily Smith, Alexandra Denman, Francesca Leigh, Ferdinand Beresford, Lottie Rae Smith, Mia Carlin, Ed Barr-Sim, Izzie Bromhead, Camilla Stockdale and Daisy Anderson. We are very proud of all of you!

For any of you still needing help, remember both Emma and Alice, are always here to support you, even years after leaving Quest.

So, whether you are looking to secure a new role, wanting to gain work experience, making a move from your current role or simply to say hello, please get in touch with Emma Colville.

Make 2019 your year
