If you've told your clients you're going to be out of the office, how bad does their emergency need to be for you to stop ignoring your inbox and take action? This is a particularly important question for us "agencies of one".

Should you be tracking your emails?
Though it would be nice to know who's reading my emails, when, and if they are clicking links (especially in the early stages of an engagement) — Matt Davies and others raised some good points about the ethics of this practice and I decided against it. Where do you land on this tactic?
Best practice for site logins
Matt asked the group if they use their personal email (name@company) for WordPress logins, or if you use something more generic, like "support@". Using something more generic has some real advantages!
