How are you doing this Monday?
I want to start this email today by telling you that my heart is with you, and I’m here for you.
I know it’s not easy to have to live with anxiety every day, and I get you one million per cent.
But my dear, I also want you to know that what you’re going through, is not going to be for nothing.
There is a higher purpose to your anxious experience.

You’ll see that anxiety will not only keep nudging you to transform your diet, lifestyle, and mindset, as well as develop self-love, but it will also help you to go deeper on a spiritual level.
My lovely, going deeper is the higher purpose of your anxiety.
And trust me, the benefits of going deeper into your soul will outweigh any pain you’re enduring right now or have felt for many years.
So, what do I mean exactly?
You’re probably already aware, well at least to some extent, that my unbearable anxiety led to significant changes in my diet, lifestyle, mindset and the way I feel about myself.
But what I haven’t talked about much is how my anxiety healing journey also deepened my spiritual path.
When I started eating healthier, doing more exercise, meditating, practicing yoga, taking long walks in nature, detoxing my body, taking advantage of sunshine, being committed to deep breathing, saying affirmations in the mirror and all the other anti-anxiety techniques that I teach, I began having
Incredible visualizations at night
Glorious visualizations in my meditations
Daily downloads and heightened intuition
Deep gratitude for my life, both the beautiful and painful experiences
Clear visions of my dreams and desires
An urge to discover my purpose in my life
A natural and daily dialogue with God and angels
A connection with my higher self and other guides
Daily inspiration to write poetry
An inspiration to write books
Moments of calmness and tranquility
and so much more
So, as you can see my life changed in incredible ways thanks to my anxiety.
That's why I urge you, my dear heart, to keep going on your healing journey. Commit to as many healing techniques as you can.
The benefits will be ASTRONOMICAL.
AND I can’t wait for your anxiety to get you there.
