November 2018 release now available

The November 2018 release of HelpMaster builds upon previous workflow releases, and includes new workflow objects as well as many fixes, performance improvements and refinements.

The November release includes a new "Workflow Break" object that can be used to halt a workflow progression.  This is very useful when a workflow/process crosses assignment boundaries and the next step is beyond the scope of the current agent.

Integrate workflow into job templates that are used by the web portal self-service in order to create dynamic enterprise service management processes used in:

  • IT Service Desk
  • Human Resources
  • Facilities Management
  • Feedback Management
  • ...and more
