News from Brazil

Since announcing Conference 6 just last week, over 50 people have already joined! 🎉

As most participants booked single rooms, we’re temporarily pausing registrations to coordinate with the hotel and make the necessary adjustments.

In the meantime, if you haven’t yet, we encourage you to express your interest in attending — and feel free to see who else is planning to join. Exciting times ahead! 🌍

Once we’ve sorted out the hotel availability, we’ll release the next batch of tickets exclusively to those marked as “Interested” — and yes, there will be a special surprise deal waiting for you!

New Release from a Fellow UN Master

Ildikó Szabó has turned her journey to every country on Earth into a powerful memoir: The World is Your Playground – A Journey from a Small Town to Every Country on Earth.

This isn’t just another travel memoir. It’s a fearless, inspiring journey from humble beginnings to the farthest corners of the globe. From hitching a ride on a goat-filled cargo ship to Socotra, to sharing tea in Kabul, to navigating tense streets in Haiti, Ildikó’s stories show the world as few have lived it. More than adventures, her book is about transformation, courage, and the connections that prove we are all one people.

Special Announcement for NomadMania readers :-)

Today, on October 7th, the Kindle edition will be available in a special one-day promotion. Don’t miss your chance to be among the first to dive into this inspiring read and support a fellow traveller who has turned her journey into a story for all of us.

Join Ildikó on her adventure, and let The World is Your Playground remind you why we travel: not just to see the world, but to truly live it.

[TOUR] Brazil's NorthEast Adventure

Embark on a 13-day expedition into the heart of Brazil’s Northeast, a region teeming with history and natural beauty where very few foreigners visit each year. Focused on natural beauty, history and folklore, this tour will cover all bases. Expect long drives across Brazil’s vast Sertão region – aptly named their ‘Wild West’.

In the first part of our trip we begin amid the prehistoric rock art of Serra da Capivara National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where 10,000-year-old plus paintings tell tales of the Americas’ earliest inhabitants. Visit the kaleidoscopic cliffs of Serra das Confusões, a lesser-known region where shifting light transforms stone into a canvas of illusions.

Venturing North all the way to the coast we will glide through the mangrove labyrinths of Parnaíba River Delta, where scarlet ibises paint the sky at sunset, and dive into the otherworldly dunes and lagoons of Lençóis Maranhenses, a UNESCO site that defies imagination. We finish our adventure in São Luís, arriving just in time for the electrifying Bumba Meu Boi Festival—a UNESCO-recognized spectacle of music, dance, and folklore.

The priority is given to participants of our Conference 6.
