"An understanding of the natural world and what’s in it is a source of not only a great curiosity but great fulfilment.” - Sir David Attenborough

How has your week been? I bet you're as glad as me for the long weekend and with sunshine☀️ too - we're winning!🎉

Talking about sunshine and therefore the natural environment we live in, how does yours look? Is your garden a thing of beauty? What about your bathroom - have you posted pics on Pinterest?

How our environment affects our wellbeing is quite interesting. I'm selling my home at the moment and I've stopped being proud of my home because in a matter of weeks, it won't mine anymore😔. Don't get me wrong, I'm not writing on the walls but I'm also not filling it with beauty like flowers - before putting the place up for sale, I would buy flowers every Saturday, because Saturday is when my week would begin. I would also always be on the look out for beautiful things that would help make my home a thing of beauty but since we've started culling our belongings, I just want all the old out and I want to streamline in the new gaff. I've already seen a bunch of gorgeous things that lend themselves gorgeously for my new Victorian digs and I'm so excited for the change that's coming. However, this environment I've been living in has not been serving me. I have felt demotivated, I feel sad, I feel cluttered and to be honest, I feel stressed.

To turn this all around, I've done some mindset work this week and I'm now basking in the joy that this home has brought me over the last 10 years and excited to move on to new pastures. So rather than just chucking things away, I'm considering every item, remembering everything and then culling. This in itself has made my home environment much nicer and I bought some flowers today as well.

It's easy to get caught up in the stuff going on in our lives but our environment is really important for our wellbeing - see new blog post here. This extends to the wider environment too. Anything we can do to help improve this Earth we live on will only help us live longer - See Sir David Attenborough for reference 😉

Have a beautiful weekend , and may this lovely weather continue! Quite frankly, I'm ready to shave my legs 😂🤣

Lots of love
