Hi everyone!!

As we wind down for the season, I wanted to reach out and thank everyone who joined my email newsletter this year in lieu of my making Youtube videos. Youtube has been massively repressing my vides (according to my analytics, only 3% of my subscriber list actually get notified of my videos).

These past couple of weeks, I published not one but TWO "Yearly Reflections" posts (which have been migrated to my Patreon instead of my blog). One post for business and one personal, which you can read for as little as $1 a month (next year the $1 tier will be going away, so join ASAP if you don't want to miss out).

• Adjusting to having a virtual assistant after 10 years of stubbornly doing everything myself
• Updating ALL 28 Guided Galleries (and adding 3 new galleries!), updating the Corsetiere Map (2000+ links in all!), tweaking and improving site navigation, cleaning up the blog archives, etc.
• Shop drama and supply chain woes
• Successful launches:
  • LucyBots
  • new Call-in Show
  • Polly Cincher
  • and of course the Solaced paperback finally out, after >5 years of promising that it would eventually happen!
• Failed projects and where I had to cut my losses
• What my patrons funded this year - remaining accountable where your dollars went!

Wishing you all a safe, happy and healthy conclusion to the new year, and hope for a better (and less dramatic) year ahead.
