COVID-19 Resources: Daily SEL Lessons
Free Daily SEL Lessons

We are excited to announce Daily Social-Emotional Learning Lessons written by our expert team and available free on our site. Each Monday through Friday throughout this crisis our blog will host two lessons - one for elementary students, and one for secondary students - that teach the social-emotional learning skills needed to develop resiliency and combat the harmful effects of toxic stress and trauma.

The lessons will include a video clip or other piece of media and a 3-5 step lesson to enhance learning.

Check out the lessons from 3/23-3/27 focused on neuroscience and a growth mindset. Then join us next week for lessons on mindfulness.

It is our hope that these lessons will help you, students, and parents continue to grow and develop the skills needed to survive and thrive through this time.
