On Thanksgiving morning, four turkeys greeted me.
“Hello, just in time for the Thanksgiving dinner?” I quipped.
They looked expectant and even had a jaunty gait. While I didn’t have the power of a presidential pardon, they were safe in a vegetarian’s backyard; Gobble, Waddle, Gravy, and Thanksgiving.
