Issue 99- February 12, 2021

Hello Friends-

"Welcome back to this week's episode of, "The Cre8tive Life"- your weekly newsletter full of lifestyle tips, smiles, and musings.

How has your week been? My virtual world has been quite busy, and I know I am DEFINITELY looking forward to a little rest, relaxation, and (hopefully) grocery shopping this coming three day holiday weekend. I have reached that critical point where I keep opening up the refrigerator thinking that something is going to "magically appear"...and have had the.most.random meals of all time this week...(you don't even want to know). Aside from all of that, I did find a wee bit of time to make some art (featured in this week's profile pic), and opened up a new toy that I have been wanting FOREVER- a starlight projector! I am super excited about it, because it makes me feel like I am sleeping under the stars. Anyway...that's enough of me rambling. I hope each of you are well, and taking care of yourself!  And, as always, I'm sending lots of love, hugs, and prayers to you all!!!

Random stories, pictures, video highlights, and other life musings can be found on my personal instagram page (@e101) and official brand page (@thecre8tiveartisan) throughout the week (when/if I end up posting anything).

*And, if you have missed any previous newsletters, feel free to check out the archive section on my website: HERE.

Continued prayers that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy

(mentally & physically) out there 💗.

MY WEEKLY PICKS:

My weekly (random) compilation of some of my favorite "cre8tive" things that I want to share:

  • FAVORITE WORD: Nascent (adj): Something just coming into existence and beginning to display signs of future potential

  • ADVICE: Take one day at a time.

  • QUARANTINE RECOMMENDATION: Last week I had the chance to attend a virtual screening of, "Judas and the Black Messiah." It was truly an amazing production that I highly encourage everyone to see.

  • KITCHEN CHRONICLES: If you're feeling lazy or cold...and, just don't want to deal with a lot of fuss in the kitchen, you may find some of these 10 Quick and Easy One Pot Meals to be a lifesaver!

  • LIFESTYLE TIP: While we all know that plants can be aesthetically pleasing (and have been quite the quarantine rage); it is also good to note that there are many helpful benefits to them too. In fact according to NASA's clean air study, people should look into keeping some of these oxygen bomb plants at home to help purify their air.

  • FEEL GOOD SHARE: I'm sure you've probably already seen this...but, Attorney Rod Ponton's "cat case" is sure to provide you a smile (or a hearty roll on the floor chuckle) if you need one.

MUSINGS ON LIFE:

❤️

CRE8TIVE CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK:

This week's challenge is:

Make a list of 10 things you're grateful for from this past week.

ON THE HORIZON:

I am currently on pause with community activations as my current bandwidth is a bit limited with my full-time work projects.

Lastly, if you happen to have any future topic ideas, or come across any events I should know about, PLEASE feel free to send those along my way. I always LOVE discovering and learning about new things!

Have a great day, and be sure to take time to enjoy your life!

*"The Cre8tive Life" is the weekly "feel good" component of my consultancy, The Cre8tive Artisan, which is where I "make the magic happen" and curate engaging lifestyle events that help connect us humans in deeper ways. Feel free to CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE to see what I do, and let me know if there is ever anything I can do to help you out! As always, if this newsletter is "not your thing", please feel free to unsubscribe (however, I really hope you don't).
