Artist arrival, check in and set-up – 8:00am to 4:30pm
Booths ‘show ready’ by 4:30pm
Preview Night – Show open to the public 5:00pm - 8:00pm
- Happy Hour, 5:00pm-6:00pm - Complimentary beverage (beer/wine) with each adult admission purchased ($10)
- Cash bar 5:00pm - 8:00pm
- Free Art Providence heavyweight canvas tote to first 50 paid admissions
- Local Food Favorites, 5:00pm - 8:00 pm (additional ticket required)

*The Artist Suite is the VIP lounge located at the back of Hall C. Artists are welcome to use the space for short breaks (provided someone is minding your booth), make calls, get water, etc. Storage is not permitted in the suite. A separate area will be designated as unsecured storage for boxes and other containers. Be sure to label all items you leave in this space.
PLEASE NOTE: The November dates are new for the show- one month earlier than prior years. Please remind your customers of this important timing change! And start planning ahead for 2020…Next year’s show dates are November 13-15, 2020.
