We are hiring!

Since its inception in Nov 2020, we at GDi have been relentlessly pursuing our mission to transform the lives of individuals and communities for an equitable and inclusive world. From Dholpur to Delhi, from strengthening access to learning to improving air quality levels, we have partnered with state governments, multi-lateral agencies and non-profits alike to design and execute large-scale programs. In this journey, GDi has grown to become an 18-member strong team that rejoice, celebrate, learn, fail and succeed together.

However, as we continue to challenge ourselves to solve some of the most pressing issues of today, GDi is now expanding and hiring for all roles across consulting and software engineering. Agila Data Approaches for Innovating Monitoring (ADAIM)

We are collaborating with COSA (Committee on Sustainability Assessment), and ICED (The International Centre for Evaluation and Development) to develop an agile data monitoring system using low-cost and easy-to-use technologies to facilitate evidence-based decision making for AgDev investments of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the global south.

Introducing STAR (Set To Augment Result) in Rajasthan

Continuing from providing learning access to over 97 lakh students enrolled in Rajasthan's government schools through a multi-modal out-of-classroom learning module in the first phase and a blended model of learning (out-of-classroom and in-classroom) in second phase, Govt of Rajasthan introduced STAR focusing on improving board and non-board results in the final phase of this academic year.

Meet Sudarshan!

Sudarshan Parashar joins GDi with more than 9 years of experience working across consulting and tech firms. In his last stint, Sudarshan was working with Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) as an engagement lead where he worked on formulating and streamlining the Covid response across various states.
Sudarshan hold a masters degree in business management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Sudarshan wants to utilise his learning from both consulting and tech to create a larger impact for individuals and communities at GDi.
