As the Zurich winter sets in, I realize that working out alone at home isn’t sparking joy or motivation anymore.
So, I joined a gym two minutes from my door—and it’s been transformative. The group classes add a fun, competitive edge, and the sauna and cold plunge are gifts on busy or rest days.
This shift reminded me that routines aren’t static. They need to evolve as our lives do.
