Mazhar & Christine Mallouhi
Frontiers North Africa, Lebanon, Australia
Mazhar and Christine Mallouhi are missionaries with Frontiers. They have served in many places around the Middle East and North Africa over the years, dialoguing with Muslim peoples and leaders in order to introduce them to the Gospel. They have also been involved in writing, publishing, and distributing various writing projects. Christine writes, "In two countries we have a current project of providing Gospels to influential leaders in society, mainly imams (sheiks in mosques) and religious leaders, including in education. This is a collaborative venture, and the Muslim leaders are distributing the books."
Mazhar splits his time between Lebanon, North Africa, and Australia. "Although everything we do is possible with IT, there is still a need for personal networking and connections in a culture that values people above electronics. Making the crooked roads smooth for the Lord to travel along is what Mazhar is doing in personal engagement times."
Mazhar and Christine are currently spending time with their children and grandchildren in Australia and New Zealand before Mazhar returns to the Middle East in the fall.
