March 13th marks the day of one year of proper quarantine and I find that crazy.
My name is Varsha Prasad, I’m a 15yr old student who likes to listen to music, dance and learn/work with science and technology. Currently, I really enjoy the NeuroScience field and am working with Brain-Computer Interfaces. I joined a program called TKS where I learn life skills and about emerging technologies (ex. BCI, Gene Editing, etc.).
My personal website is FINALLY up!! This is my first fully from scratch website and although there is a LOT of room for improvement, done is better than perfect, and I will continue to keep improving it! Unfortunately, it is not responsive, so it may look a bit weird on different devices but most of the content I have released it on there!
I've been practising this mindset for a while now, I noticed that I was lacking in it a few months ago. Discipline can look like watching TV for too long or sleeping in every day, but it goes a lot farther than that.
Although for me, it looked like having bad working habits(ex. working without breaks), not eating a good breakfast, not having any routines and having a bad sleep schedule. I thought as long as I was working, I'm fine...right?
Not exactly. After getting morning and night routines, taking proper breaks(ex. cooking), a proper sleep schedule and good working habits, I realized it's a LOT better to be disciplined.
I looked at other aspects of my life and having discipline helped almost every part of it. I definitely recommend building good discipline, and I'm still working on building more!
