Dear USET/USET SPF Family,
From the recovery from the Great Depression and World War II rose the idea of the gross domestic product (GDP). GDP has become the ultimate measure of a sovereign’s overall well-being. Many of USET Tribal Nation members are the largest employers in their areas and contribute millions of dollars to local economies, however, other than some industry specific examples, there has not been an available understanding of this macro level for the GDP contribution and of the economic impact of Indian Country.
Join us for an insightful webinar hosted by USET's Office of Economic Development as we unveil the "Analysis of Assessing the Economic Impact of USET Tribal Nations on National Gross Domestic Product (GDP)" report. This comprehensive study explores the substantial contributions of USET Tribal Nations to the national economy, highlighting beyond mere revenue figures. USET’s Office of Economic Development and lead researcher, Dr. Eric Trevan, will discuss the full scope and overview of the GDP Report.
