The new Supermicro BigTwin AS -2124BT-HNTR multinode servers with more than 230,000 cores will boost the existing computing power by up to 10 petaFLOPS and thus contribute to the progress of research in the reconstruction of physical events, data analysis, simulations and at the same time support unrivaled performance per Watt. These are 2U 4-node servers, each of these nodes is equipped with 2x AMD EPYC 7302 and 256 GB of operating memory.

CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) brings together more than 17,000 scientists from around the world to work on research into the smallest particles in our universe. Using some of the most massive and complex scientific tools of our time, they uncover the secrets of nature's fundamental structure and push the boundaries of human knowledge. In June, after long months marked by the pandemic, we managed to successfully launch the ANAFRA representation in Slovakia in the brand new premises of the branch in Trnava on Zavarská Street. The team started with two sales representatives under the leadership of country manager Tomáš Bajer. The presence of a representative office in Slovakia has already proven itself, because within a few months we were able to have dozens of meetings directly with clients or over coffee. With excellent access to the city bypass, problem-free parking and a quality coffee machine, we are ready for the visit of our clients and partners.
