Video of the Week
Humph Hall's Birthday Bash
This coming Tuesday (Winter Solstice) will be Humph Hall's 13th birthday - 13 years since its public opening. This week's 'Video of the Week' was put together for the 10th birthday celebrations in 2019. It begins with a 1 minute super fast slideshow of the building process followed by a series of slides representing all the events that took place during the hall's first 10 years with music by Loosely Woven recorded at the first concert. A chance to remember some of your favourite Humph Hall moments!
Formerly the Allambie Heights Uniting Church, Humph Hall is now part of the private home of Gial Leslie & Wayne Richmond. It is used as a rehearsal & performance space for Loosely Woven & The Corona Ensemble. It has also hosted concerts by hundreds of other artists from across the globe. Here is a list of artist with links to their video clips.

Pádraig Ó Cuinn hosts this program on 2RRR with interviews with people involved in local & global music. Guests are invited into a virtual 'pub' to sit on 'The High Stool', & discuss music, musical influences, & whatever they like, with their virtual 'bar-person'.
Pádraig's guest this week is Jimmy O'Keeffe - a singer songwriter from co Limerick Ireland. Jimmy has played in many bands around Sydney, one for the Road, Celtic Bush & String line. As a songwriter, Jimmy writes about the true feelings and experiences of people, and the things that most people don’t talk about. Jimmy has been in Australia 25 years and has two children. His debut single, Saint Patrick’s Day was recorded by Jimmy and Marcus Peter Holden. Marcus played the cello and violin.
