Hey there,
We hope this 33rd edition finds you happy and can bring some light to your day.
There are some things that bring light into our lives, one of those is data. For decision making and for getting it right, it just makes us happy!
Data driven decision making (DDDM) is typically thought of as a strategic process. When one thinks of data-driven they think of using past results or research to guide strategy going forward.
As CX experts, we take this valuable concept and apply it to the entire product design process, from intention to illustration. The more complex the problem, the more is at stake. This means the foundation of solving the problem has to be more solid. To create this solid foundation we base decisions and recommendations on facts, things we know for sure, so we can confidently move forward knowing our partners will see success.
Another way we use data to extract move value is by finding opportunities. As we take time to look through the data we have, we can clearly find new and interesting ways to create a better experience for our partners' customers, our ultimate goal.
Included below are articles which look to data to push a path forward. We hope you find them enjoyable. As always if you have questions or if using DDDM in your CX practice sounds like something that could work for you, please reach out.
Until next time,
Diana Sonis
