It's the weekend - woo hoo! And today is a FREESTYLE workout day or lower body if you've been following the split routine patter. Or, if you need to, please feel free to take today as an additional rest day- it's up to you!

Today's daily read!

There is no article today but as I refer to counting colours not calories and ditching the scales on the extreme self-care audio today, I wanted to leave you with there two VERY powerful pictures. Stripping calories and losing numbers on the scales does NOT define success. It never has and never will. Strength training and body composition which makes you smaller, leaner and giving you a much higher metabolism - and mood - is WHERE IT'S AT!
