Exciting times for the Targeted Individuals community, after the 1st International TI Day last year with events taking place in  many cities around the world, including London, and after this year April International TI Springtime Gathering  which saw an inspiringly large Rally in Sacramento, CA, by the Capitol Building, together with events being held in many cities around the world, again including London, this year 2nd International TI Day, a few days ago on August 29th has seen at least two major Rallies on both sides of the Atlantic, one in Portland, Oregon and the other one in London, in front of BBC Broadcasting House, with rallies also occurring in many of the world major cities.

But the main purpose of this Newsletter is to let people know about two forthcoming events.

First an important Stand Up 4 Assange Rally tomorrow, Monday, September 2nd, outside the UK Home Office in Marsham Street, Westminster, at 5.30 pm which will be attended by former Pink Floyd frontman and staunch Assange supporter, Roger Waters and by John Pilger.

Roger Waters who has still been filling stadiums in different continents in his last 2019 tour will perform "Wish you were here" dedicating the song to Julian and possibly a number of other political songs.

Also speeches from Roger, John Pilger and many other high profile Julian supporters.

I will be there, representing LES, London End Stalking, to support Julian and where appropriate I will also try to distribute some literature on Targeting, and you may argue that Julian himself is now a full-fledged Targeted Individual in terms of the horrific abuse he is being subjected to.

Some excerpts:

If anyone takes a moment to imagine what it must be like to face the prospect of 175 years in a US prison, having already been subjected to nearly a decade of arbitrary detention and judicial harassment, knowing that you have no chance of a fair trial in the US, having been smeared in the media and branded a “terrorist” and enemy of the state, then that gives you an inkling of what Julian Assange was dealing with even before being placed under lockdown in Belmarsh prison. If you add to that having read hundreds of documents from Guantanamo Bay and knowing, in intimate detail, what the United States does to those it brands terrorists and enemies of the state, then Julian Assange’s reality becomes even clearer.

Now, with the full force of the US national security state bearing down on him, Julian Assange has been stripped of his most basic abilities to protect himself. He is denied even the ability to view the documents in his case, in order to inspect and understand the evidence against him. He is denied regular contact with his lawyers, and access to a computer. In other words, he is forced, day and night, do nothing but wait, helplessly, for whatever wrath the US government intends to unleash upon him.

This is beyond barbarically psychologically cruel. Emotionally, it is akin to holding someone bound and gagged in the basement while their assailant stands outside sharpening their knives.

It is also a violation of Julian Assange’s human right to adequately prepare his defence.

As if all of this weren’t enough, Julian Assange is also being deprived of one of the most fundamental human psychological needs, which is human contact. Even without the threat of US extradition, the kind of isolation that Julian is suffering is deeply damaging to human beings. We are social animals and need social connection.

For that reason, prolonged solitary confinement of more than 15 days has been defined by the United Nations as torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment. Beyond 15 days, solitary confinement is considered “prolonged” because some of the adverse psychological effects can become permanent.

As well as causing a wide range of serious psychological disturbances and physical health problems, the reduced stimulation of solitary confinement can cause decreased brain activity, which may become irreversible after just seven days. Concentration and memory impairments can also occur, and can persist after solitary confinement ends.

The implication is that subjecting Julian Assange to social isolation is not only cruel and inhuman, it may well be damaging his cognitive capacity to engage in his own defence and fight his cause going forward.

Inflicting conditions with the potential to weaken and destroy one of the great minds of our time in this way, thereby turning him into an easy target, is reprehensible.

AND, as a little follow-up to Thursday's BBC Rally, let's meet again this Wednesday September 4th at 4pm on the right-hand side of the House of Parliament's  main carriage entrance, mainly for TIs living in London and around London, as many of the friends who joined us on Thursday, travelling from all the four corners of the country and the Continent would have left by now, to have a little follow-up Vigil and also try to map our way forward locally, as a London TI Community.

And, if people are more interested in socialising, exchanging experiences, etc., every past vigil has always been followed by a little social, going to a cafe for a coffee, some food and a big chat...

At 6 pm, we will walk to a local cafe for a coffee, a bite and a little socialising...

THE CRUCIFIXION OF JULIAN ASSANGE

Lets also spare a few words about someone who is also a targeted individual, Julian Assange, with Ecuador illegally handing over his belonging to US authorities, with Sweden reopening their bogus case, with Julian's mental and physical health deteriorating rapidly and him being denied proper medical care in Belmarsh, even being denied the ability to communicate with his legal team in Sweden and there are also rumours that he is being forced to take zombie drug BZ.

What we are witnessing is the public crucifixion of Julian, everything they are doing is totally illegal in terms of International Law, Treaties and Covenants and in terms of British domestic Law, at a time when they are getting ready to start another illegal genocidal war, against Iran, this time, they want to make an example of Julian and make sure that in the future no one will ever dare again to expose their horrific war crimes and their other various criminal activities and their constant conspiring against the interest of ordinary people.

TARGETING AND GANG STALKING

Targeting, Gang Staking and all the associated practices are totally illegal, totally immoral, go against the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which this country has signed, and don't serve any useful purpose other than to allow the Security State to use us as guinea pigs in a vast Social Engineering Program aimed at using harassment and various forms of extra-judicial punishment to create a new layer of Social Control or, if you prefer, an updated version of the old Stasi's Zersetzung Program, which is obviously designed to eventually be rolled out on political activists, whistle-blowers and in time substantial sections of the population. All this whilst brainwashing the public into believing that we the victims/guinea pigs, are antisocial elements, so antisocial in fact, that allegedly the only way to contain us is for people to join in in a 24/7 campaign of harassment against us.
