“Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do.” - Jessica Jackley

How are you? The sun seems to finally have made an appearance - hope you've managed to be outside and soaking in those rays, topping up your vitamin D!

I've been lucky enough to enjoy those rays in the stunning countryside of Eastwell Manor Hotel with 4 incredible women on my Frankly Unstoppable Retreat. We’ve had nerves, lack of focus, tears, revelations and so many laughs! Tribes have formed, fun has been had but most importantly each attendee has an arrow pointing in the direction of the journey they want to take.

From rediscovering self, choosing the next path, planning to overcome childhood templates that are holding them back to refocusing life and dreams, it’s been a wonderfully varied weekend and I cannot thank my ladies enough.

Working with people is more rewarding than any other job I’ve had. Knowing that you’ve helped someone on their life’s path, having their trust and vulnerability - sometimes in a way they don’t share with anyone else - is truly special and I am so grateful that I burned out, that I had to fall so hard in order to see my path. Disclaimer, I do not recommend the burnout but you can come to me to prevent it 😉

If this sounds like you could do with some respite with focus, then come along to 🌍FRANKLY UNSTOPPABLE - SPAIN 📆 4th-9th September. Yoga, Pilates De-stress & Re-set! 💰£1,220 Single or £1,070 Twin. PLUS you have £100 off if deposit is paid by end of May - see details below.

This week I wanted to talk about delegation. It's Mental Health Awareness Week this week and I wrote a blog post about  Why delegation is good for your health! This can be at home, in work, your kids, your friends and family. Throw money at things that are causing unecessary stress if that's what you can do, really assess your stressors and make conscious decisions to CHOOSE what you can and can't do. Read that quote above again, it's just as important to know what not to do as it is to know what to do! We're all doing too much! We must learn to accept the help the we can have and use it.

I myself have signed up to food subscription boxes and within a week, my husband who NEVER cooks, made his first delicious meal all by himself. My son helped me cook one of the meals and I barely had to think about what to buy, make a list, go to the supermarket, unpack, cook, with child or without child etc etc - all I had to do was select 4 recipes and my stress re food shopping was released! I've also paid for a packing service for my house and I think this might be the single BEST purchase I've ever made - I move this weekend! 🙀

Choose to stress less - you have all the resources you could imagine, this is the time to appreciate the many services available to us!

Thank you again to everyone also who contributed to my Well-being at Work poll - it has been super useful and I'm looking forward to sharing my first public Workshop with you in June! If you have a few mins and wouldn't mind helping me with my poll, please click here for the link.

Lots of love for the week ahead  and please do take care of yourself!
