Newest news; I launched the newsletter you're now reading! Right now! As some of you already know, this productivity coaching activity is a passion project of mine, on which I generally spend 1 hour per day. There's always so much to do (tidy the website, for example), so it will be rough around the edges, but it will always progress if I work on the Most Important Thing each day.
And that's what I want to help people do with his newsletter. My mission is to help people restore work-life balance by getting better work done in less time.

Monthly Top Tip
Resolutions aren't just for January.
It's the end of January, and maybe you've aced your New Year's Resolutions by doing a 30 day yoga challenge, or maybe you didn't quite manage to get to bed on time every night (guilty. I admit it).
Either way, acknowledge where you are, readjust, and do the next thing you can do to slowly build the healthy and productive habits that you want in your life.
