OUR SEMI-ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DRIVE CONTINUES!

Thanks very much to those who are becoming members of and renewing their membership to PACTS, International for our Semi-annual Membership Drive.  It is greatly appreciated!  This is the most important time in our activism. This may be the year when it all comes out and we hope to continue to provide this community with up-to-the-minute coverage of relevant news stories.

ICATOR SCANNING SESSION PLANNED FOR SEPTEMBER 16, 2021

Melanie Vritschan, president of the International Coalition against Electronic Torture and the Robotisation of Living Beings(ICATOR) has announced the scheduling of a microchip implant scanning session as this group prepares for its international class action lawsuit. 

The date is Thursday, September 16, 2021 in Brussels, Belgium, will cost 120 euros per person and will include readings gathered from inside a Faraday cage.

FROM JOSH SPIVEY:  TI DATA COLLECTION PROJECT

1. We need 10 TI's who can put in about 1,100 hundred USD each and meet somewhere in Ohio over a 1 month period. The money will go towards a mobile faraday cage. Each TI will sleep in the cage for 3 nights and data will be collected. The TI will also have to buy a 5tb hard drive and bring it with them. The mobile faraday tent will be purchased from Holland Shielding. We will automate the TSCM software we have and do sweeps at 200khz spreads and an RBW of 300hz or less. We will also run an automation script to save the IQ data from Signals of interest to the hard drive to be used on phase 2 of the project. The TI will also have to pay for 3 nights at the hotel in Ohio. All data collection services will be done free of charge. The sweeps and collection will be from 9khs to 6ghz in the spectrum.
2. We got a couple options for phase two of the project. First is, we spend 35k on signal intelligence software and classify all the signals of interest. Second is, we send it to a signal intelligence expert who can classify all the frequencies for us. If we do the purchase of the signal intelligence software the cost will be 3,500 per TI. If we send it to an expert, it could be around 60k per TI.
3. Phase 3 we hire several developers to help reverse engineer anything the signal intelligence software couldn't pick up.

This IQ data can be used as physical evidence in a court of law if we can collect it and reverse engineer it.
