Conferences, New Ventures, Updates, and More!

Hey guys! I'm Aditya, a 16-year old innovator currently residing in Union City, California. This monthly newsletter will discuss some of the opportunities I got to partake in this month, from conferences to internships, as well as new ventures that I'm currently working on!

LearnTech Conference

Towards the ending of the month, I was able to host a panel discussion with Ahmed Elsamadisi, Darien Schettler, and Sankaet Pathak about what is like to be in the computer science industry and how to get into it for middle schoolers. The conference was a huge success, and we got nearly 60 people attending. Shoutout to Anakha Ganesh, Ariv Gupta, Daniel Liu, Luciann Nguyen, and Karthik Mittal for helping host this incredible event. CS/Time Management Webinar

A few weeks ago, my brother and I decided to create two webinars: one on how to get into computer science and another about how to effectively manage your time. We felt that a lot of people right now are really confused about how to make the most of the time they have, and we hope that the information that we provided can help both middle schoolers and high schoolers reach their full potential. This month, I started a non-profit with the aim of providing mentoring services in math and English to underprivileged children in the Bay Area. We currently have over 10 volunteers and are making our website and marketing strategy for deployment by February!

Driver's Ed

I finally was able to get around to doing driver's ed during winter break, and am planning to get my driver's learner permit in early February. Excited to start driving and hopefully getting my license soon! Shoutout to my brother for testing me!

Personality Classifier

For those who haven't read my last newsletter, this project centers around identifying personality based on facial features. I've mapped specific facial features to personality traits, and created a database to store the information. Additionally, I've created CNNs to determine facial features.

Neuralyte Website

The Neuralyte website is finally out, and you can check it out by clicking on the picture to the right or by going to this link: neuralyte.ai. So excited to see where this company goes and where the current ventures inside of it take me. I'm currently pursuing ventures: Outbreak, a disease outbreak detection site based on real-time news headlines, and Scholarr, an extracurricular recommendation service for students.
