This iconic Jamaican dish brings all the flavours of the Caribbean to your British summertime repertoire. If you’re igniting the barbecue, place the chicken pieces skin-side down over a medium heat then cook for around 30-40 minutes (turning over every 4-5 minutes) until the skin is charred and crispy and the juices run clear.

Journey Across the Iberian Peninsula: Walkaround Tasting Friday 5 June DBM Wines, Clifton Village
Stretching from the Atlantic coast to the rugged interior, the Iberian Peninsula offers one of the world’s richest and most varied wine landscapes, where centuries of tradition meet modern winemaking.
Welcome to a journey across the Iberian Peninsula — a walkaround tasting where you can explore the vineyards of Spain and Portugal and discover how climate, topography and tradition define the character of each wine in your glass. From crisp Albariño wines of Galicia and elegant, lesser-known Godello wines of inland north-west Spain, to the bold, structured styles of the Douro Valley and Rioja, each captures a distinct sense of place and heritage.
This relaxed evening allows you to taste at your own pace and ask questions throughout.

Perfect Magazine
Perfect Magazine’s zine series is the hot celebrity print publication of the moment, attracting a roster of megastar creative partners that has so far racked up the likes of Addison Rae, A$AP Rocky, Miley Cyrus, Chappell Roan and other stellar names. Published in a glossy A3 format the latest zine features Sabrina Carpenter in which the superstar is photographed by longstanding collaborator Bryce Anderson, styled by publishers Katie Grand and interviewed by design legend Marc Jacobs. It’s completely sold-out of course, but somehow we have got our hands on a limited number of copies which include all eight extraordinary covers while they last.
