Shift is our brand new online 6-week course for those who want to learn the ins and outs of the science and biology behind personal transformation and manifestation. In this course, you'll learn about, and practice the self-regulation and deep meditation techniques that lay behind everything from spontaneous healing to profound deep transformative insights. The course starts April 6.

Each module is one week that starts with a 1-2 hour lecture after which you can practice the content and techniques on your own. During the week you can get in touch with your fellow students and me on our community website. At the end of the week, we gather for a Q&A session to go through your questions and prepare for next week.
It was my sincere wish that we would do the lectures and Q&A live and record the sessions for the students that couldn't make it to the live session. Prerecording sessions and taking a beer on the couch when you are all trying to grasp the content is just not for me. It feels wrong. So this is not a course that will be online all the time. It will be periodically and always up to date with the latest scientific findings and techniques. Due to this I also cannot have many people join at the time so we've set the same limit as for my live courses which are 15 participants at a time.
