I've been thinking a lot about the differences between solitude and isolation this week. (I'm on immune suppressants right now, and so I can't really go into public, like, at all.)
I love solitude! I love being with myself and listening to myself and tuning into my own energy. In fact, I aim to be my own best friend! 💓 But the moment solitude stops becoming a choice, it sure can turn into feeling like isolation pretty fast.
I am trying to keep choosing presence, to keep tuning into the present as a choice. It's a lesson we have all been given in the last year, isn't it?
