Sail with me: Christmas Markets on the Rhine, December 10-17, 2026
People fall in love with these cruises for good reason, and they book up very, very early. That's why I'm coming to you now with this chance to save a bundle on the cruise I have selected for a Mon Voyage Small Group Trip.
We will have the opportunity to visit some of the most delightful Christmas markets on the continent--Strasbourg's is the oldest in France, and one of the most magical; Cologne has one of the largest. But there are many others to see in smaller towns and villages such as Heidelberg, Riquewihr, Colmar, Baden-Baden, and Speyer, with their handcrafted gifts and treats of all kinds. Some markets also feature local music and folk dancing on small stages.
While you will have plenty of opportunities to figuratively drown yourself in Christmas spirit at the markets, these cruises still offer a wide array of "regular" excursions and tours all along the way. And coming back to the warm welcome of the ship in her holiday finery at the end of each day will bring a beaming smile to your face, every single time your foot crosses the threshold.
