UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) has received a report of an incident 61NM southeast of Al Mukha, Yemen near Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The Master of a vessel reported sighting an Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV) at 1NM in position 12°27'N 043°43'E, traveling at a speed of 8 knots. Additionally, the Master observed two other small boats approximately 2NM north of the USV.

Authorities are currently investigating the situation.

All vessels in the area are advised to proceed with caution and to report any suspicious activities to the UKMTO.
