Here's a slightly longer video that goes through some deep breathing / calming mediation, click below to watch - it is 15 minutes long.

I know for many people this kind of thing may not be what you'd usually do, but just give it a go! Even if you don't like this particular one, it might inspire you to find one you do and listen to once a week!
