We Made a Clear Plan How to Construct the Network with a Potential of Future Expansion
The park benefited from a lattice of ducts extending across the park. Typically 100mm plastic ducts. If there was a need to deploy new ducts, then this was a relatively easy task for the park owner. He owns the land, he has the plant and the skills at his disposal.
From a planning perspective, there were detailed plans approved by the Conwy Bourgh Council, which clearly identify what lodges can go where. From this and GIS mapping, we were able to generate plans to cover all the services to include Electricity / Water / Gas / Sewer & Communications.
We also had to take into consideration at this stage the need and flexibility to enable expansion. The Park currently has at least 3 phases with a rollout programme over next 3 yrs. Therefore it was important to create sufficient capacity in the network.
