EnSURE - funding for undergrad research assistants in Summer 2020

In Summer 2020, College of Engineering faculty may mentor an undergraduate research assistant through the EnSURE program, which is open to undergraduates currently studying in the United States or Puerto Rico.
Udpa returning to engineering faculty and lab work

President Samuel L. Stanley Jr., M.D., announced that Executive Vice President Satish Udpa is resigning from his administrative position and returning to lab and research work at the university.
NIH to Require ORCID with Submissions as of October 1

Beginning in fiscal year 2020 (October 1, 2019), the National Institutes for Health will require all investigators to include their Open Researcher and Contributor Identification (ORCID) on new grant proposal submissions. Read More

Graduate fellowship application feedback sessions (NSF, NDSEG, etc.)

If you have graduate students preparing an application for the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, the NDSEG Graduate Research Fellowship, or similar national awards to support graduate studies, please share information about the in-person feedback sessions the College is offering.

Facilitating Drone Plan Review

Please see below the October 8 deadline for drone acquisition and operation plans for UAVs. Please be advised that the next scheduled meeting of the MSU UAV Review Board will occur on Friday, October 11th. The Board will review Flight Operations Plans.
