Mindful Movement Workshop, Indoor Forest Therapy & BRUNCH!
We’re thrilled to join mindful movement facilitator Whitney Pyles for this unique indoors experience at the DAAC in Grand Rapids, MI! Our guide Katie will share an exploration of forest therapy & nature connection through meditation, awakening our senses, and bringing the outside indoors, and then we’ll warm our bodies up with yoga, an exploration of mindful movement, and joyful dance with Whitney.
This workshop is a wonderful way to start your day off light: cultivating a feeling of freedom and connection to yourself, community, and this weekend, nature.

Join us this month for a special 1.25-hr class, alongside mindful movement facilitator Whitney Pyles! Explore the peace of forest therapy and joyful presence during this guided morning of relaxation, joyful exploration & self-care. Class includes guided breathwork, nature meditation, guided forest bathing, and a community circle.
Join Katie & Luke for a walk in the forest & learn about the amazing edible & medicinal plants/fungi that we can find, even in February! This month, we'll place a special emphasis on how to identify edible/medicinal trees in the winter, with extra time exploring and discussing the wonderful MAPLE & the upcoming maple syrup season!
