The Scenic Trails District invites your Troop to the 2025 Klondike Challenge on Saturday, March 9, 2025, at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Since 1997, this event has been a favorite for testing Scout skills in an action-packed day filled with teamwork, learning, and fun!

Event Details:

• Location: Interlochen Center for the Arts
• Check-In: 9:00–9:45 am
• Start Time: 10:00 am
• Awards Ceremony: 4:15 pm

Scouts will travel a mile-long trail and tackle 15 skill stations as a patrol, including:

• First aid scenarios (e.g., hypothermia, arterial bleeding, water rescue)
• Fire building, knots, and rescue techniques
• Games like A-Frame Walk, Nuclear Reactor, and Trolley
• A warming cabin with hot chocolate!

Lunch: Patrols will prepare their own meals on-site (45 minutes for prep, eating, and cleanup).

🏆 Awards will be given for Scout Spirit and Best Lunch!
