Dear USET/USET SPF Family,

Specifically, the Steering Committee has been charged with reviewing and recommending changes to improve DOJ’s current guidance, policies, and practices on missing or murdered Indigenous persons in Indian Country.
The dates, times, and registration information for these consultations are as follows—
Date/Time: Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 3:00pm to 4:30pm ET
Date/Time: Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 3:00pm to 4:30pm ET
DOJ has also released a Framing Paper for these consultations, which can be viewed by clicking here. Written comments are due on April 15, 2022 by 5:00pm ET and can be submitted to OTJ@usdoj.gov.
