Dr. Mounzer is a semiretired urologist, spending his free time teaching mindfulness, to help people build resilience, avoid burnout and deal better with stress. He will talk about his new book Burnout to Engagement: Mindfulness in Action at the Bluefield Library on Tuesday, April 24th from 6:30pm -7:30pm. Mother Goose on the Loose

For ages 0 to 3, Mother Goose on the Loose is an award-winning nursery rhyme program for children from birth through age 3.
