Eating more healthily (43%)
Losing weight (37%)
The average American abandons their New Year’s resolution by February 1:

Common mistakes made are:
Hoping an injury or pain would go away with rest, but it didn’t.
Jumping in to a running training program, without the base training first.
Working out aggressively after a time away.
