The thoracic spine or (upper back) is my FAVORITE part of the body, mainly because mine is jacked up from years of diving on the ground as a soccer goalkeeper. If there is one place of my body that is stiff, its the thoracic spine.
A stiff thoracic spine can lead to neck pain and shoulder pain. It can lead to poor posture. It can lead to the inability to do things such as overhead squat or catch a clean in the front rack.
