COMMUNITY NEWS

REV. PINKNEY'S INTERNET RADIO SHOW WANTS YOU!

Rev. Edward Pinkney is a civil rights minister with a heart to help the TI community.  He and Pastor Chief Jones are examples of non-targeted individuals with whom our community has made great alliances and who  have become instrumental in trying to rescue those who are suffering and dying due to the targeting program.

If you or someone you know has a story to tell and would like to inform the general public of your situation, please respond to this email - info@pactsntl.org -  for a chance to speak live on Rev. Pinkney's Internet radio show which airs on Sunday afternoons at  5:00 PM Eastern / 2:00 PM Pacific.

JULIANNE MCKINNEY'S LETTER TO THE UN RAPPORTEUR, NILS MELZER

We are grateful to all who participated recently in the UN Human Rights Council Questionnaire project.  We hope to hear from Mr. Nils Melzer abd his committee soon and that electronic harassment will become recognized as a form of 'no-touch' torture and that there will be compensation and justice for its victims.

Julianne McKinney sent in a questionnaire form, but also wrote an additional letter to the UN Rapporteur,in support of our TI community.  Her letter to Mr. Melzer can be viewed in the 'Community Bulletin Board' section of this publication.

JULIANNE MCKINNEY'S LETTER TO UN RAPPORTEUR, NILS MELZER

Nils Melzer, Special Rapporteur on Torture
c/o Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights
United Nations Office at Geneva
CH-1211 Geneva 10
Switzerland

Dear Mr. Melzer,

You are now in receipt of a large number of responses to your Psychological Torture Questionnaire from UNDETAINED persons who are being tortured with electronic and chemical weapons, augmented by methods known as "organized stalking."

These Questionnaire responses were submitted to you both by individuals and by representative organizations, all before your November 25, 2019, deadline.

I am attaching for your immediate consideration an article by Ms. Janet Phelan which summarizes these submissions in apt and eloquent form.

https://www.activistpost.com/2019/12/un-receives-reports-that-us-citizens-have-been-tortured.html

You will want to read this.

Please do not dismiss these responses to your Questionnaire as being the mere equivalent of "allegation letters" ..."which do not require immediate action [and} are sent to Governments in the form of 'allegation letters.'"  The Governments' responses will be predictively dismissive.

Our Questionnaire responses require your "urgent" consideration.
I note in your Twitter feeds that you apparently prefer addressing the human and civil rights abuses inflicted upon persons who've made the news in the mainstream media  -- these being, Julian Assange, Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning.

You may recall that the victims of the Holocaust and other genocides, and of such non-consensual experiments as MKULTRA were non-celebratory "nobodies," whose circumstances were treated as mere allegations.  These "nobodies" suffered the consequences accordingly.  We do not wish to suffer the same fate merely because we are not public celebrities.
Again, we are asking that you formally address our circumstances before the United Nations at your earliest convenience.

Your serious consideration of this matter will be greatly appreciated..

Sincerely,
Julianne McKinney
