Most people will rarely, if ever, have access to a coach during their career.
But that doesn't mean you can't get the benefit of coaching.

My personal favourite is the Joahri Window. A great self-coaching tool for self-awareness.
Even with these great resources, self-coaching does have its limits. Coaches challenge assumptions and biases. They help people break out of thinking patterns and see situations from new perspectives.
Three tips to ask your employer to fund coaching:

- Use your training budget. Instead of attending a course, use it for 1-1 coaching.
