Happy New Year! It's great to start off this new year and new decade with you. I always like to start off each year by making a list of goals, not necessarily resolutions, but conceivable and achievable end points that I will focus my efforts on over the next 365 days. What's more, I always write them down. It has been proven that you are almost 50% more likely to achieve a goal if you write it down.
