Have you got your music licensing sorted?

If your Adelaide Fringe show contains music (including recorded and live music), you will need to obtain a license from OneMusic Australia.

Adelaide Fringe Festival does not have a central licensing arrangement with OneMusic Australia (APRA AMCOS and PPCA) to cover the music you plan to use in your show.

Therefore, as a presenter, if you use music, you are individually responsible for ensuring you have licenses in place prior to the commencement of your show. This can take a while to process, so get on it now!

Booking Accessibility Provisions

We have a new process for audience members who book accessibility provisions such as Auslan interpretation, audio description and tactile tours. Requests from ticket buyers for booking accessibility provisions will require 48 hours notice before the commencement of the show. Once the request is received, the Artists & Venues team will contact artists informing them that someone has submitted a request for an accessibility provision at their show. Our accessibility provision providers will then require confirmation from the artist before proceeding with the booking.

Please respond to our team as promptly as possible if you are contacted about an accessibility provision being booked as your show, as this will allow time for the audience member to know if they can attend your show.

Please note: if you have booked an accessibility provision directly through a private provider without adding information on AVR, please email ticketing@adelaidefringe.com.au with the information of the accessibility provision and session time. This will allow us to update the website and share it to others who might like to attend your show.

Reminder: Register your Event Participants before it’s too late!

The deadline for registering your participants to receive a printed Artist Pass is Wednesday 17 January.

Any participants registered after this date will only receive a Digital Pass accessible via AVR.

The added bonus of registering your participants early is the ability to see which shows have Artist Pass Discounts or Free Tickets on FringeTIX. You can do this by logging into FringeTIX with an account that matches the registered email on AVR.
