Montblanc Heritage Rouge et Noir Baby Special Edition Ivory-Coloured Fountain Pen
The Montblanc Heritage Collection Rouge et Noir "Baby" celebrates the pioneering spirit and rich heritage of the Montblanc maison. Inspired by the original Montblanc "Baby" pens from the 1920´s, Montblanc reinterprets the then unexpected design and gives it a modern twist. The name "Baby" playfully describes its small size compared to other Montblanc writing instruments.
Created in ivory-coloured precious lacquer and with signature gold coated fittings, it is crowned by a Montblanc emblem in precious resin surrounded by the coral hue of the Montblanc Rouge et Noir collection. The handcrafted Au 585 solid gold nib features a drawing of the Mont Blanc mountain. With signature gold and/or signature gold-coating, Montblanc describes the enlightened shade of yellow gold which has become an appreciated tone for the Maison’s Writing Instruments. £635

Oh Reader
Oh Reader, the magazine about reading, for and by readers, is back with a nineteenth issue. Because of distribution difficulties in the US the two previous issues haven’t made it over here, to the annoyance of its growing and devoted UK readership. I’m sure they’ll show up eventually but in the meantime we have to say issue 19 is a cracker, tackling literary ADHD heroines, the narrative power of cookbooks, books and blooms, the burning of Lord Byron’s memoirs and how might see Manga as a portal to classic literature, history, and art. And much more of course, all packed into a slim volume providing an important portal to a vast community connected by words.

The MAZI Project launches biggest-ever fundraiser for marginalised young people in our city
Bristol charity The MAZI Project has called for city-wide support to raise £35,000 for marginalised young people in our city ahead of World Huger Day.
Through this fundraiser, MAZI hopes to provide vital skills, confidence, and weekly access to nutritious food to disadvantaged youth in Bristol - many of whom are care leavers, young asylum seekers, or recovering from homelessness.
Activities surrounding the fundraiser include an impact report launch and panel discussion on food inequality held earlier this week; a march for food equality through the city centre on Saturday 10 May (starting 11.30am, College Green) and a charity dinner with Noor Murad and Josh Eggleton on 21 May.
Since its launch in 2021, the MAZI Project has delivered 120,000+ nutritious meals to marginalised young people across Bristol.

An impressive Grade II* listed former bishop’s manor house of historical importance with annexe, outbuildings and approximately 12 acres situated in a tucked away setting within the village.
Court Farm was bought by the present owners in 2011 when in need of updating. It has since been meticulously and painstakingly restored, inside and out and has won Conservation and Buildings Preservation awards. Under the guidance of a conservation architect, only specialist craftsmen were used.
