Your Tummy ATTACK Tip of the Day!

Remember fitness is 100% mental

We'd really like you to end Week 2 with a bang, so use that amazing mind of yours to your advantage!

Think of those who run marathons, give birth, cross the Atlantic... I'm only asking you to do one 25 minute workout each day ;o)

Only you can make yourself do something, so workout how, think of how great you'll feel at the end AND remember that you are capable of so much more than you think!

DO IT!

Tummy picture inspiration!

If you can't change something about your body, your focus needs to be on accepting it. A scar from an operation like in this photo won't disappear, but what I see in this photo is a great shape, good skin tone, some good ab definition and low body fat. When you look in the mirror, focus on the good things not the things that bother you, OR, think about what might have happened without that operation. I had a client who had to have her appendix out in an emergency operation, but without it she would have died! When we had a session about this, she found a new respect and love for her body.

I explain more on the audio!

More tummy picture inspiration!

If you have stubborn stretch marks and you're carrying some excess belly fat, my advice would be to put ALL your focus on your health and improving your health / shape / strength / nutrition / balance etc...

With better core training and gut health, less toxins and better nutrition and of course less body fat, this tummy could be improved if that's what this client wanted. Whilst the stretch marks may never completely vanish, this tummy grew two healthy children so should be respected at the same time that it is being improved!
