Herga at the Castle - Margaret Walters has been invited to Herga at The Castle Folk Club in London. It's been running for nearly 60 years & is renowned for unaccompanied chorus singing. ("I've got a treasured LP from the late '70s or early '80s called Live at the Herga with the inimitable voice of Johnny Collins.") During the pandemic, the club has run via Zoom, hosted by a team of faithful regulars. Usually a singing circle, but occasionally they have guests. (In England: Monday 18th, 7.45pm.) In Sydney: Tuesday, 6.45am. Margaret's first spot will be at about 7.50am (log in around 7.30), the second at 9am. Then 15-30 minutes for an open discussion with Margaret.
