Children’s Ministry Heifer International Vote Sunday |
|
Do you know what we do with the money collected from the kids in the Joyful Noise pail on Sunday? It goes to support our Children's Mission partner, Heifer International. Heifer works to end hunger and poverty in 21 countries worldwide by providing resources and training to those who need support. Today, our church member and Heifer liaison, Greg Merkel, will be speaking to Children's Church to let them know more specifics about the programs Heifer provides. The children will then vote to decide what we will support this year.

Worship at Broad Ripple Park & Reception for Dr. Teri Thomas |
|
Sun., June 5th, 10 am
We’ll be worshipping together at the park instead of in the sanctuary! This is an excellent opportunity to invite friends, family, and dogs to come to church with you in a comfortable environment. Please bring a chair to sit on.
After worship on June 5th, you’re invited to the Broad Ripple Park Pavilion for a special reception honoring our longtime pastor, Rev. Teri Thomas. The pandemic disrupted our original plans for honoring Pastor Teri for her leadership and service here at NPC.

Care Coordination Team |
If you or someone you know needs care, there is a great group that makes up the Care Coordination Team: Stephen Ministry Leaders Tony Dzwonar, John Reed, and Mary Beth Riner; Deacon Moderator Donna Schmahl; Senior Ministries Coordinator Denise Harrington; Carol Campbell (former Stephen Ministry Leader) and the pastors. This team meets on a regular basis to ensure that the different ministries are working closely together to provide care for the congregation.
